Ongoing Roles Available - Livestock, and Warehouse Operations - Cold Storage

Workforce Extensions Geelong are currently recruiting for multiple full-time roles within two well-established meat processing facilities in the Geelong region. These are excellent long-term opportunities with genuine pathways for progression.

Available Roles:

Forklift Drivers / Warehouse Operators

Operate forklifts within a cold storage environment (Must have!)

Manage stock movement, loading/unloading trucks, and preparing orders

Follow inventory and stock control procedures

Maintain a clean and organised workspace

Monday to Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm (some flexibility required)

Livestock Hands / Drovers

Handle livestock safely - drafting, sorting, loading/unloading

Feed and monitor animal welfare

Maintain clean water troughs, wash areas, and fencing

General yard work and animal counting

Experience working with or training farm dogs is highly regarded

Monday to Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm

What You Need:

Commitment to full-time, ongoing work

Physically fit and capable of manual work

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Able to work safely in a team-based environment

Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening and medical checks

Willingness to obtain Q-Fever vaccination if not already done
