Position: Casual Educator

Sacred Heart Outside School Hours Care, located on the grounds of Sacred Heart Primary School in Booval, is on the lookout for a qualified and passionate Educator to join our vibrant and growing team in a casual capacity.

Licensed for up to 120 children, our service is a welcoming and energetic environment where children are supported to learn, play, and thrive — and we’re seeking someone with the skills and heart to help bring this to life.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator:

• Providing nurturing and responsive care to primary-aged children
• Creating fun, inclusive activities that encourage learning through play
• Supporting a safe, engaging, and supportive environment
• Working alongside a dedicated team of educators
• Joining in on exciting excursions during vacation care
• Feeling valued for the meaningful impact you make every shift

What We’re Looking For:

• A Certificate III, Diploma, or higher qualification relevant to working with children (many areas of study are recognised as ACECQA qualified)
• A current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A passion for working with children and contributing to their growth in a play-based setting
• Previous experience in OSHC or a similar environment (desirable)
