About the role
At Rock & Redgum, we are seeking a Casual Driver to join our team. This is a casual position based in Dromana, Victoria, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. The position is flexible three to four days per week including a Saturday.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating a tip truck to transport materials and equipment to and from job sites

Driving all vehicles in the fleet, from the small tippers through to the truck & trailers

Conducting pre-operation checks and ensuring the vehicle is well-maintained

Loading and unloading the truck as required

Adhering to all relevant safety regulations and company policies

Providing excellent customer service to clients

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

What we're looking for

A current heavy vehicle driver's licence; HR minimum, HC preferred

Proven experience operating tip trucks or similar heavy vehicles

Strong knowledge of road rules and safe driving practices

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and customer service skills
