We’re looking for a Guest Service Supervisor / Night Manager superstar to join our team at Baileys Parkside Motel on a full-time basis. Assisting the Hotel Manager with daily task between 7-3pm or 3pm-11pm on rotating rostered shifts and being on call over night for guest assistance.

Vetroblu Hotel Group operates three vibrant properties across Perth – East Perth, Scarborough Beach, and Redcliffe. All are within a 20-minute radius of the CBD, with public transport at our doorstep and parking available.

🙌 What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting the Hotel Manager with daily operations

Working rotating shifts:

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Being on-call overnight to assist guests as needed

Delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth front office operations

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Experience with RMS property management system (MUST)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday)

Valid driver’s licence

Flexibility to work a rotating roster (up to 38 hours/week)

Immaculate presentation and professional demeanor

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Passion for exceptional customer service

Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised

Skilled at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
