We’re looking for a talented and adaptable Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic kitchen team in 2025.

Baba’s Place is a restaurant, a concept, and a community. We champion suburban cuisine and the “Wog” experience — an open-hearted approach to food, art, and storytelling.

We started in a backyard, ran rogue during lockdowns, and grew into a venue that now celebrates culture with curiosity, compassion, and boldness. We’re driven by values, not trends.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with our Head Chef and Executive Chef to execute our evolving suburban menu

Leading your section with precision and care

Supporting and training junior kitchen staff

Maintaining high standards in quality, cleanliness, and consistency

Helping manage stock, ordering, and kitchen system

Who You Are

Experienced CDP or ready to step up
