ABOUT THE ROLE

Maxima Recruitment Services has been engaged to source an experienced Multi-Skilled Heavy Machinery Operator for one of the largest integrated suppliers of building and construction materials in South Australia.

We are looking for a motivated, trustworthy, loyal operators with a Safety-First attitude who has a minimum of 2 years’ experience driving Heavy Machinery and Operating Crushing Equipment within the Quarrying Industries.

Monday to Friday overtime available if needed.

Pay rate: $35-$38ph plus penalties (depending on your level of experience)

The key responsibilities are:

• Excavator Operations.
• Loader Operations.
• Dump Truck Operating
• Crushing and Screening operations
• Participate in site safety meetings.
• Adhere to all Safety regulations and site plans.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous Quarry Experience (Preferred).
• Experience in operating and maintaining Quarry mobile equipment.
• Ability to pass Functional Assessment, Drug and Alcohol test.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with a small team.
• Crushing and screening experience desirable.
• RII Loader Ticket
• RII Excavator Ticket.
