Location: Mosman Park, Cottesloe
Job Type: Permanent Part-Time 2 days per week or full-time options
Salary: Upto $128,000 + salary packaging located

About the Role:
This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to make a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults, particularly those living with memory loss and dementia.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering tailored, client-centered occupational therapy services
  
• Leading and mentoring the lifestyle team to develop engaging activity programs
  
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote functional independence
  

You'll work closely with the clinical care team and management to ensure therapy aligns with each resident's needs, wellbeing goals, and the organisation's values.

What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Prior experience working in aged care
  
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  
• AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  
• A passion for enhancing quality of life for older people, particularly those with cognitive decline
