Redwood Psychology is a newly established psychology clinic in the heart of New Lambton, founded by Psychologist Caitlin Blaxland. After several years of independent practice, Caitlin has recently opened Redwood Psychology and is now seeking a like-minded contractor to help accommodate their growing number of referrals.

Our practice is built on the knowledge that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. We recognise that a strong, collaborative connection between client and clinician is not just helpful- it’s essential. About You

Fully registered with AHPRA as a Registered or Clinical Psychologist

ABN, professional indemnity and public liability insurance

Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number

Strong clinical skills and a commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice

Able to work independently with sound time management

Warm, empathetic, and client- centred

Interested in long-term collaboration and contributing to a supportive team culture

Desirable (but not essential)

Afternoon/evening availability (our most in-demand appointment times)

Saturday availability

Experience working with adolescents
