About the role

Bilpin Cider Co' is seeking an experienced Cook to join our team at our Cellar Door in Bilpin, NSW. This is a casual position, Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays 9am to 5pm with the opportunity to work in a vibrant and fast-paced hospitality environment. As our Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes to delight our customers and complement our award-winning cider offerings.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes from our menu

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

Collaborating with the chef and front-of-house team to ensure exceptional customer service

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Cook or Chef role within a hospitality or catering environment

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Must have Food Handling Certificate
