Work with a fantastic team delivering a premium service to BSSC and clients at Bendigo's premier event spaces. The role involves:

Assisting the head chef with managing the Bendigo Senior Secondary College canteen and preparing catering requests

Catering for large functions, dinners, galas and events at Bendigo Town Hall, the Capital Theatre and Ulumbarra Theatre

Having a friendly and professional nature, good communication skills and ability to work alongside kitchen, front of house staff and catering managers to deliver a premium service to clients

Being able to take directions, work under pressure, work independently, and be willing to learn and develop their skills

Working part time or full time/casual during school hours (7-3pm), with flexibility for night and weekend work as required
