Position Profile: This position promotes the health and well- being of children, families and specific community groups using a range of health promotion, health education, surveillance and early intervention strategies that are based on the principles of primary health care and service priorities.
To be successful you will have:
- Well-developed team leadership skills to drive a positive team environment
- Advanced clinical knowledge and possess a passion for providing patient-centred care
- Experience working with a diverse group of patients and diverse spectrum of the Population
- A strong understanding of the Principles of Primary Health Care and the application to community Health Service Delivery
- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
