About the role:

• Overseeing and managing all aspects of building projects (from foundations to fit-out!).
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and tradespeople (keeping everyone on track and on schedule!).
• Ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety (no shortcuts here!).
• Interpreting and implementing building plans and specifications (making sure everything's built to spec!).
• Managing budgets and timelines (keeping projects on track and within budget!).
• Generally being an all-round building legend (because we know you've got the skills!).

What you’ll need to bring to the table (besides your lunch):

• 5-10 years of solid experience as a builder.
• Relevant building qualifications (certifications, diplomas, or degrees).
• Wheels & Tools: Your own reliable vehicle and a comprehensive set of tools (because a builder without tools is like… well, a building without foundations!).
• You're a whiz at project management, a pro at problem-solving, and a stickler for safety. You’re familiar with Australian building codes and standards.
• A positive attitude, a can-do spirit, and a commitment to excellence (because we’re building something great!).
