Due to rapid business expansion, we are looking for the experienced Process Workers. This is a fantastic and rewarding opportunity to be a part of our business running.

The Main Responsibility is:

Carry out manufacturing duties including weighing, blending, filling, capping, labeling, and packing of pharmaceutical and complementary medicine products (e.g., tablets, capsules, liquid, powders).

Operate machinery such as granulators, tablet presses, hard capsules, coating machines, and sachets, blister under supervision.

Conduct basic line setup, changeover, and cleaning between batches.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP guidelines, and safety protocols at all times.

Complete accurate batch records, cleaning logs, and deviation forms.

Assist in quality checks of products (weight, visual inspection, packaging integrity).

Adhere to personal hygiene and gowning procedures in cleanroom environments.

Work collaboratively with supervisors and co-workers to meet production targets.

Facilitate and cooperate with any Continuous Improvement Program.

Suitable applicants will have:

Previous experience in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, or medical device manufacturing is preferred but not essential.

Understanding of GMP, TGA, or HACCP requirements is advantageous.

Physically fit, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg safely & No allergies.

Certificate of Mechanic is highly regarded.

Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Own reliable transport to rotating roster job.
