Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver holistic, evidence-based oncology nursing care
• Provide high-level patient assessments, planning, and coordination for optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with Oncologists and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care
• Administer medications and conduct observations in accordance with clinical protocols
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvements and clinical governance
• Support patients and their caregivers with empathy, compassion, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Recent experience in Medical Oncology (Desirable but not essential, Radiation Oncology exposure is also desirable but not essential)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clinical problem-solving skills
• A commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice
• Ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit and multidisciplinary environment
• A passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred cancer care
