About the role

ReSource Pty Ltd is seeking a part-time General Maintenance - Gardener & Cleaner to join our team in Derrimut, VIC. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our office and grounds, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our employees and clients.

What you'll be doing

General cleaning duties (after-hours), including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising common areas

Maintaining the landscaping, including mowing, edging, weeding and pruning

Ensuring the overall tidiness and organisation of the office and grounds

Replenishing and restocking supplies as needed

Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns

Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar general maintenance or cleaning role

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks

Knowledge of gardening, and landscaping techniques would be advantageous

Excellent time management and organisational skills
