The Assistant Venue Manager plays a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences at this impressive venue. With unparalleled organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, you will orchestrate seamless service that leaves a lasting impression. You would be expected to have exceptional communication skills and relevant previous experience. There will be a heavy focus on KPIs with excellent bonus opportunities. Skills and Experience

• Must have 2-3 years minimum of similar experience
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Great understanding of COGS, wage control, rostering, training and development, building a team and culture
• A natural people pleaser who is customer-centric to the front!
