St John of God Bunbury Hospital is a modern facility serving the regional communities of WA's south west coastal towns, including the regional city of Bunbury, and its major centres comprising of Collie, Busselton and Margaret River. It is co-located on the south west Health Campus with the public hospital.
Your role at St John of God Bunbury Hospital
We are currently seeking Enrolled & Registered Nurses to join our casual team; St John of God Bunbury Hospital is only two hours' drive from the Perth CBD located in the beautiful south west of Western Australia. With 145 beds, the hospital is considered one of the finest private hospitals in regional WA surrounded by beautiful lakeside gardens.
The facility offers services in cardiac care, interventional cardiology, cancer treatment, renal dialysis, elective surgery, trauma & emergency surgery, general medicine and palliative care.
Our hospital is large enough to provide a range of specialities and small enough to foster strong connections and team bonding among caregivers, ensuring compassionate, patient centred care. As a part of our casual team, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of wards or specialties and further develop your skills.
Opportunity for casual shifts across a varity

We have a variety of shifts available to suit your lifestyle
- Monday to Sunday morning and afternoon shift is 7 hours
- Monday to Sunday night shift is 10 hours
The Position:
- Assess plans, deliver and evaluate patient care, seeking support from senior staff as required.
- Promote and contribute to effective communication, facilitating teamwork and cooperation within the department and within the hospital.
- Provide patient education and act as a resource where appropriate.
- Supports and supervises staff and students as required and within the scope of nursing practice.
- Promotes and contributes to effective communication, facilitating teamwork and cooperation within the ward and within the hospital.
- Contributes to the achievement of Hospital and Clinical Services operational objectives.
You will hold current registration with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years' clinical experience in a hospital setting.
To succeed you will have the ability to work effectively and harmoniously within the multi-disciplinary health care team and have a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.

We can offer you
- EN hourly rate: $44.25 to $47.20 per hour (25% loading included), plus 11.5% superannuation
- RN hourly rate: $48.55 to $63.89 per hour (25% loading included), plus 11.5% superannuation
- As a casual employee, you can salary package a percentage of your earnings each pay period.
