We are seeking experienced CASUAL Registered and Enrolled Nurses to deliver inclusive and person-centred quality care and support at both our Busselton and Dunsborough facilities. We offer a variety of shifts, including AM, PM and Nights.

Competitive hourly rates ranging from $40- $53 (depending on experience).

Your key responsibilities will include:

Day to day operational management of our facilities in the beautiful location of Dunsborough and Busselton

Ensure residents experience person-centred care and services

Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements

Ensure high levels of customer service and nurture relationships with residents, families and staff

About You:

You’re a dynamic and adaptable Registered or Enroller Nurse with a strong sense of initiative and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Agile and independent, you excel in fast-paced environments and bring sound clinical judgment to every situation. You embrace variety, thrive on learning, and are equally confident working autonomously or as part of a collaborative team. Always looking to add value, you proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and make a meaningful impact wherever you go.

To be successful in this role:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse.

Current CPR & First Aid Certificate.

Experience and passion for Aged Care preferred.

Flexibility & availability to work across a roster including AM, PM, NS, weekends and public holidays is essential.

Confidence in working independently and integrating into new teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience using electronic care systems (e.g. AutumnCare).

Have permanent Australian work rights with no restrictions.
