The Role
Toll People are currently seeking highly motivated Forklift Drivers for our clients located in Canberra and Queanbeyan.

Successful candidates will be responsible for duties such unloading and loading trucks/vans, manual handling, sorting freight, picking orders and other general warehousing duties as required. Applicants must hold a valid forklift licence.

We currently have casual-on call shifts and ongoing assignments available, and are looking to fill the following role immediately:

• Monday to Friday
• 5:30am-10:30am
• Location: Queanbeyan
• Pay rate $36.25

Additional hours may be required and will be communicated by site supervisors as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Manual handling - sorting and loading freight, picking orders
• General warehousing duties
• Ensure compliance and safety is adhered to at all times

Skills and Experience

• A valid forklift licence and operating experience (highly desirable)
• Ability to keep up with the physical demands of the job (manual handling)
• Excellent communication skills
• A focus on working safely at all times
