About the role

We are seeking an experienced Patio Installer to join our team at Perth Better Outdoors' in Forrestdale, WA. As a full-time Patio Installer, you will be responsible for leading the installation of high-quality patios and Carports for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Lead a small team to Install from start to finish all our Stratco and RHS designed, patios and carport structures to the highest standards

Laborer or Apprentice provided on-site for most jobs

Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to safety protocols and building regulations

Maintain a organized work car with all required tools and components ready for a variety of tasks on-site

Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients, Production manager and office staff throughout the installation process

Contribute to the overall success and growth of the business

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a ( Steel & Colorbond) Patio Installer or in a similar trade role, with a strong understanding of RHS steel patios and Stratco Outback Patios

Composite Decking Experience ( advantage but not essential)

Excellent attention to finishing detail ie: flashing, roofing, Box Gutters, sealing Gutters

Present well on-site, clean and tidy

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address any challenges that may arise

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with production manager and the wider team

Basic computer skills, to operate our site CRM program for all scheduling, drawings and information

A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

What we offer

Fulltime Employment & subcontractor rolls available

$55.00 per hour + super + 4 weeks holidays + paid sick leave

$70.00- $75.00 per hour subcontractor

Bonuses paid every month

Work Ute or car allowance

Plenty of overtime if required
