About the Role:

As a HVAC/Chiller Technician with TVH, you will be responsible for the maintenance, service, repair, and basic installation of a variety of commercial air-conditioning systems and chiller plant equipment. You will have a level of technical expertise in chillers, large plant equipment, and controls, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Service, maintain, and repair commercial air-conditioning systems and chiller plant equipment.

Perform fault diagnosis, retrofits, repairs, and replacements on chiller systems.

Provide technical support to the team and customers as needed.

Ensure a strong focus on workplace OH&S, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.

Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensuring top-notch customer service.

Work autonomously and in teams, demonstrating leadership and a positive attitude.

Contribute to ongoing development and training, sharing knowledge with the team.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Experience in the maintenance, service, and repair of commercial air-conditioning systems and chiller plant equipment.

Strong technical knowledge of chillers, large plant systems, and controls.

Proven experience in fault rectification, retrofits, repairs, and replacements.

A focus on OH&S in the workplace, with excellent time management skills.

A positive attitude, flexibility, and a strong desire for career growth.

Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A current and valid Australian Driver’s Licence.

Australian Refrigeration Trade qualification and applicable licences.

A current and valid Arctick Refrigerant Handling Licence.

Ability to pass a National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
