The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Pizza Maker / Supervisor to:

Hand-stretch dough and operate a wood-fired oven

Lead kitchen operations during lunch and dinner services

Maintain high standards of food presentation and cleanliness

Mentor junior staff and contribute to shift planning

Provide input on menu development and specials

What You’ll Need:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy commercial kitchen

Proven ability to manage time and kitchen workflow under pressure

A positive, team-first attitude and strong attention to detail
