Located in the heart of the stunning Collins Square precinct, Chiara Wine Bar and Bar Nacional are on the lookout for passionate, energetic FOH professionals who can hit the ground running and bring their personality to the floor.

This is a rare opportunity for someone who loves hospitality but values work-life balance. We operate Monday to Friday, during corporate hours — that means no late nights, no weekends, and no public holidays. Yes, you read that right.

About the Venues

Chiara Wine Bar
Fast-paced, vibrant, and refined — serving up Italian and European classics with a modern flair for the lunch crowd Monday to Friday. By night (Wednesday to Friday), the venue transforms into a chic wine bar with drinks, snacks, and the occasional full-service dinner. A deep appreciation of wine, particularly European and Australian varietals, is essential.

Bar Nacional
From breakfast through dinner, Bar Nacional delivers dynamic service — think grab-and-go coffee in the morning, fast-paced tapas and wines at lunch, and an after-work crowd in the evening enjoying Happy Hour and good banter. It’s buzzing, casual, and full of energy.

You’ll Bring:

Experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant setting

Strong knowledge of bar and floor operations

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

Drive to deliver memorable service and boost sales

A warm, professional approach with great energy and guest rapport

A valid RSA
