We care for children from 6 weeks to Kindergarten. We are a growing family business that takes pride in our Centre's and offer the best possible outcomes to our families. Our service is looking for a qualified and experienced Chef/ Cook to join our team.
About the Centre
We are a recently renovated Centre with outstanding design features and engaging environments. We pride ourselves in providing the upmost high quality care. We endeavor to connect with our community and establish long lasting relationships.
The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Centre Chef/ Cook who can manage our beautiful kitchen space. This role will be responsible for menu planning, ordering, prepping and cooking daily meals in a fast paced environment.
The service offers Breakfast, Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and baked daily treats for our Families. We are looking for a highly motivated person who is passionate about providing healthy and nutritious meals to our children and who prides themselves on cleanliness. Allergen awareness is essential and is a high priority in day to day managing.
This position is a Monday to Friday, NO WEEKENDS!

Required Qualifications & Desired Skills
A Growth Mindset,
A love of learning,
Ability in developing and maintaining positive relationships with children families and colleagues,
Suitable qualifications for the role, and prior experience running a Kitchen
Ability to meet deadlines and ensure food is presented on time and appealing to children.
Current Working With Children's Check - Blue Card,
Knowledge of relevant legislative policies, standards and requirements.
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or willing to obtain one
