Our Roadside Technicians play a critical role in assisting customers safely back on the road and being a roadside hero. We pride ourselves in delivering an unforgettable service.

What You'll Do:

  • Providing roadside assistance for battery replacements, jump starts, flat tyres and fuel delivery.
  • Providing a high level of service to our customers face to face. Hearing our customers concerns, while maximizing customer satisfaction with the ability to solve problems and provide a solution.
  • Understanding and building a relationship with our customers/clients ensuring each customer is approached accordingly with passion and empathy of wanting to assist.
  • Keeping the company vehicle clean, tidy, and safe.
  • Ensuring commitment and compliance to WH&S and company policies/procedures.

Who You Are:

  • A current Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service, presentation, and problem-solving diagnosis
  • A current valid full Australian driver's license
  • Able to demonstrate empathy, passion, and the willingness to assist.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to relay information helpfully.
  • Knowledge and experience in working with a wide variety of vehicles.
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team.
