We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tax Consultant to join us on a full-time or part-time basis from July to October. You’ll be working as a sole practitioner in a local office, supported by head office systems and team members when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and lodge individual, partnership, company and trust tax returns

• Lodge BAS and IAS statements and prepare financial reports

• Manage and maintain client relationships

• Use tax and accounting platforms including Xero Tax (XPM), QuickBooks, MYOB, and Xero

You’re confident, self-sufficient, and experienced in public practice tax. You enjoy working independently and thrive in a client-facing role.

We’re looking for:

2+ years’ experience in public practice

IPA, CA, or CPA qualification (or working towards preferred)

Excellent communication and client service skills

Confidence to manage on your own at times

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
