your role
This role is the heartbeat of the asset – a fast-paced, hands-on position with a strong operational and stakeholder management focus. You’ll lead a high-performing site team while ensuring the asset operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and on-site contractor performance
• Maintain site presentation, cleanliness, safety, and essential services
• Lead budget management, forecasting and monthly reporting
• Ensure lease obligations and compliance are upheld
• Drive tenant relationships and manage key stakeholder communication
• Guide maintenance and capital works planning

your advantage
The following skills and experience are highly advantageous:

• Solid understanding of operational property management, preferably retail assets
• Proven leadership in managing contractors, budgets, and building services
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster retailer and stakeholder relationships
• Ability to problem-solve and thrive in a hands-on, high-traffic environment
• Financial acumen with exposure to OPEX, CAPEX, and reporting cycles
