Posted 19 days ago
We are seeking a high-level Heavy Diesel Mechanic with proven experience across container handling equipment and large industrial forklifts to join our WA operations. With two of our top technicians stepping into leadership roles, we are now recruiting the next generation of “Super Techs” to lead diagnostics, field service, and performance support across our expanding fleet.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex technical problems, takes pride in autonomous field work, and is ready to embrace the next evolution of heavy equipment servicing—where laptops, AI-driven fault detection, and digital workflows are part of daily life.
Note: This is a FIFO-only role open to applicants based in East Coast Australia or New Zealand. All flights and accommodation are covered.
Why Join Us?
We’re building a modern, high-output service team—not just a workshop.
Backed by premium brands including CVS Ferrari, Bobcat, and Hammer, we operate in mission-critical environments across WA. Our mechanics aren’t just techs—they’re diagnostic specialists with the tools, support, and autonomy to excel.
We are early adopters of AI-driven maintenance software, telematics-integrated diagnostics, and smart reporting tools that help you work faster, smarter, and more independently.
Our culture is young, high-energy, and built on ownership. If you’re the kind of person who thrives when trusted to run your own schedule, deliver quality work, and be recognised for it—you’ll fit right in.
Your Role:
Diagnose, service, and repair reach stackers, container handlers, and high-capacity forklifts in field and depot environments
Use advanced laptop diagnostics and AI-integrated service tools to resolve electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues
Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, wiring diagrams, and ECU layouts
Collaborate with remote support and local leadership, while operating independently in the field
Maintain digital service records and close out jobs using streamlined, paperless workflows
Support continuous improvement through machine health data and smart diagnostics
What You’ll Need:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in heavy equipment maintenance or large mobile machinery
Strong working knowledge of CANbus systems, ECU troubleshooting, electrical diagnostics, and hydraulic fault finding
Hands-on experience using OEM diagnostic tools (e.g., Jaltest, Texa, CVS Ferrari software) and tablet-based service platforms
Confidence working autonomously in remote or high-demand environments
A proactive, solutions-first attitude and strong attention to detail
MR, HR, HC or forklift licence (desirable)
FIFO Structure:
Roster: 19 days on / 10 days off
Shift Hours: 12 hours per day
Flights: Paid from major East Coast cities (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide) or New Zealand
Accommodation & Vehicle: Provided
Remuneration & Benefits:
Base Salary: $140,000 per annum
Superannuation: Paid in addition
Inclusions: Flights, accommodation, tooling support
About the Business:
We are a high-growth, innovation-driven equipment group supporting Australia’s leading logistics, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. With a national footprint and global partnerships, we invest heavily in our fleet, systems, and people—because performance matters.
Our team is fast-paced, collaborative, and future-focused. We don’t do micromanagement or red tape. If you know what you’re doing and want to be backed by a business that’s going places—we’re ready.
