Your Opportunity
We currently seek an energetic and motivated Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our Bibra Lake location, providing support to VIKING Australia’s internal and external stakeholders.

The Role

Picking and packing orders

Loading / unloading of trucks and couriers

Unloading and organising of container stock

Local deliveries in the company truck or ute to local ports, potentially over some weekends

Maintaining a clean and ordered warehouse

Book outgoing customer freight using preferred suppliers

Regular cycle counts and stock takes

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date Dangerous Goods and SDS registers

Working with the internal ERP system (SAP) to book out stock and goods receipting

Monitor the Logistics inbox and action emails

Assist with optimising the warehouse

Some lifting and manual handling will be required

Assist in other areas of the business as required

About you

At least 1 year experience in a similar role

Valid and current driver's licence and forklift licence

Customer focused and organised

Have the ability to adapt and change to meet the situation

Have strong attention to detail

Self-starter and able to work independently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Basic proficiency with computers

Work well as part of a small team

DG licence desirable but not essential
