Tasks & Responsibilities

● Implementing efficient systems that optimize water usage and maintain soil health, essential for producing high-quality coffee.

● Controlling factors such as lighting and temperature to ensure optimal growth of coffee plants.

● Researching and applying advanced methods to improve the productivity and sustainability of coffee plantations.

● Monitoring plant health by identifying and managing pests, diseases, and nutritional deficiencies to guarantee high-quality coffee production.

● Overseeing the stages from planting to harvesting and processing, ensuring efficient practices and superior quality standards.

● Leading and training the team in cultivation, maintenance, and harvesting techniques while promoting best agricultural practices.

● Developing strategies to maintain crop health and optimize soil productivity.

● Coordinating these activities to maximize yield and coffee quality, adapting to local climatic conditions.

● Documenting agricultural practices, crop conditions, and results to ensure traceability and continuous improvement.

● Adopting methods that minimize environmental impact and improve resource efficiency, aligning with Jack Murat’s commitment to quality and sustainability.
