Property Manager role - Global Property Services Company - full time temporary role - Brisbane CBD-based

Our client is a global commercial real estate services company that are seeking a Property Manager to join their Brisbane commercial property management team on a temporary contract.

Your new role

As a Property Manager, looking after an industrial portfolio, with support from an Assistant PM, Senior FM and AFM, you will be responsible for managing 15 Industrial assets with 2 clients, across Brisbane.

• Delivering property management services including tenant and landlord stakeholder management, lease administration and handling occupancy issues
• As a first point of contact, you will provide stakeholder management and maintain close liaison with the owner, tenants and operational personnel with reference to a variety of requirements
• Monitor financial transactions, accruals and prepare detailed end of month reports to the client
• Assist in the administration of all leases to ensure compliance by owners and tenants
• Maintain a current and accurate tenancy schedule
• Ensure all files of the property/portfolio are maintained

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Industrial/commercial/retail property management
• Valid QLD real estate licence
