We’re hiring experienced solar closers who know how to sell, over the phone or Zoom. If you can run a proper discovery call, read a power bill, and confidently lead a homeowner to a buying decision, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll be given booked appointments and warm data to build your own pipeline. No cold calling, no time wasting. These are qualified leads from people who’ve already shown interest. You just need to bring the hunger and the ability to close.

We’re a performance environment, if pressure rattles you or you're not consistent, this isn’t the role for you. We back our high performers with bonuses, high earning potential, and longterm growth, but we expect results.

What You’ll Be Selling:

Residential solar systems (QLD and regional)

Battery upgrades (rebate supported)

Government incentivised packages (up to $7,000 off)

Finance options with no upfront cost to the customer

Google Meet and phone based consultations (no in-home)

You handle your own tax/super – we can cover GST if you're not registered
