As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Team Lead Occupational Therapist to guide and support a team of therapists while managing a small, manageable caseload. In this leadership role, you will provide clinical supervision, mentorship and day-to-day support to your team while delivering high-quality, community-based therapy services.

Essential Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA Registration
• Current National Police Clearance + Clean drivers licence
• NDIS and WWCC
• Experience working in the disability sector & community settings
• Experience working with various disabilities across the lifespan
• 5 + years of experience preferred
