About the role

This is a full-time role based in Lidcombe, NSW, where you will be responsible for manually trimming meat to the highest quality standards. As a Meat Trimmer / Knife Hand at JBS Australia Pty Limited, you will play a key role in the processing and packaging of high-quality meat products.

What you'll be doing

Carefully trimming meat using knives to remove fat, bones, connective tissue and other imperfections

Ensuring all meat is trimmed to the precise size and shape requirements

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards

Maintaining a clean and organised workstation

Contributing to the efficient processing and packaging of meat products

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a meat trimmer or knife hand, ideally in a food processing or manufacturing environment

Strong knife skills and the ability to work with precision

Commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Availability to work morning shift 4am - 12pm (Monday - Friday) with optional occassional Saturday overtime.
