EC Throsby (‘ECT’) is a family owned Beef Processing Facility - Known as Hilltop Meats located at Young NSW. We are searching for fit, healthy and energetic people that for our Beef Processing Plant Labouring and Process Worker Roles.

• We have numerous positions available for skilled meat workers and unskilled labourers (30) . Some positions are entry level labouring positions, which may include but not limited to cleaning, meat packing, carton stacking, offal packing, trimming etc; and some are available for anyone with meat processing experience.
• The positions are ongoing permanent positions.
• Positions available are immediate start on day and afternoon shift
• Previous experience or qualifications are not required for these position although we require fit, healthy and energetic people, willing and able to fulfil the requirements of a fulltime position. We have a strict drug & alcohol policy which must be passed to secure employment.
• Pay rate will commence at Grade 2, $992.56 per 38 hour week or applicable rate based on skill up to $1266.06 per 38 hours.
• Cert III in Meat Processing would be well regarded
• The start and finish times vary for different departments.
• All of the above are within the scope of the Hilltop Meats Enterprise Agreement 2022
