About Goodstart Griffith - Sanders Street:

Goodstart Griffith - Sanders Street is situated in the residential area of Driver, located behind the Driver shops with Supermarket, Café, Hairdressers, Beautician and Doctor surgery. Close to local schools. It is a 10-minute drive to the centre of Griffith. We pride cater for up to 52 children per day and have a great connecting with local community organising excursions to local parks and wetland next to the area.

Our centre is a passionate team who focuses on inclusive practices and relationships as we do firmly believe that children are central to all we do. Ensuring all children have access and high-quality award learning environments is what we strive for. Key Educator Relationships ensures all children and families have a strong sense of belonging.

We are committed on building our team and upskilling to ensure we have a strong highly qualified team. Supportive of one another and our Goodstart family. Over the last few years, we have been committed to growing our own and this has enabled a supportive learning environment.

• Rotation roster: 4 weekly for flexible work life balance
• Centre open from 7:45am to 5:45pm
• Allocated room - Toddlers room for 2025
• Staff and Programming rooms available, areas across the centre to find some quiet space to rest, relax and plan

You'll need:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
• Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
• New South Wales - Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
