This role suits an experienced technical leader with deep expertise in modern Microsoft technologies, who enjoys balancing delivery outcomes with continuous improvement and team development.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of engineers across software, data and quality
• Actively contribute to code, architecture and design decisions (1/3 of your time)
• Drive the full software lifecycle from discovery through to production and support
• Manage priorities, resources and technical direction across multiple products
• Oversee system stability and ensure structured incident management
• Enhance DevOps maturity, focusing on CI/CD automation and cloud resilience
• Promote a collaborative and adaptive engineering culture focused on fast delivery

Your Background

• 4+ years leading development teams in product or platform settings
• Skilled in backend development with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework
• Familiar with Angular (v11+), Typescript, and responsive UI development
• Proficient with Azure platform services such as Functions, ADF, API Management
• Strong experience with automated testing, integration, and release pipelines
• Comfortable with structured and unstructured data systems, analytics and reporting
• Well-versed in Agile, Lean and CI/CD practices in a cloud-native context
• Able to guide both senior and junior engineers in high-trust environments
