Our Client is a leading Domestic bank looking to hire an experienced senior credit restructuring professional to support business & corporate clients experiencing financial difficulty across diverse industry sectors with the focus on minimising any potential lossess and maximise customer retention by actively and fairly managing the customer relationship. This will include assessing viability of refinancing debt positions, workout or worst case insolvency.

To be considered you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Possess 5-10 years corporate level credit restructuring assessment & risk decisioning from within Australian Banking or Professional Services firm
• Demonstrate strong & extensive direct csuite customer engagement & negotiation skills
• Financial analysis and financial modelling, with excellent business acumen and proven ability to write & submit credit papers,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good listener and able to impact outcomes through engagement and influence,
• Strong working knowledge of loan and transactional products and associated systems (desirable),
• Excellent grasp of the capital impact of stressed/ impaired exposures and decisions resulting in a great customer and Bank outcomes.
• Strong experience in loan structures, documentation and security,
• Understanding of and interest in relevant industry issues
• Possess superior internal & external stakeholder engagement & presentation skills
• Be CA/CPA qualified
