Your position will report directly to the Construction Manager and will oversee on-site construction activity. You MUST have a strong proven track record in luxury finishes and the process of handing over a project to our high end clientele. You will be immersively working on this project and will place your focus on ensuring the site is in accordance with WHS legislation and delivered on time.

Well proven and experienced in Class 2 building works

Assist Construction, Development & Project Managers

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

Trade qualification or similar

Relevant experience as a Foreman on multi-residential projects

Ability to supervise staff onsite, including subcontractors

Interpret building plans, regulations and codes of practice in order to direct the progress of work and monitor compliance
