Due to growth and partnerships we are now looking for our next team member. We are looking for a reliable and committed Community Occupational Therapist to service Sydney wide as a contractor. Your clinical caseload will be primarily providing assessments for HCP (Home modifications / aids), NDIS (FCA's, AT applications and ongoing therapy) and STRC programs for the elderly and those living with a disability. This role requires a broad range of clinical skills and people skills whilst offering great flexibility and the benefit of working largely autonomously.

Essential Criteria

Fully Vaccinated with 3 doses of COVID 19 vaccine
Excellent People Skills
AHPRA Registration
Indemnity Insurance with a minimum $20 million cover
Driving License
Your own Vehicle
Current National Police Check / NDIS screen (Or willingness to apply)

Desirable Criteria (not essential)
Previous Private Practice experience
Previous Community Therapy Experience
