This role is ideal for PGY3+ doctors seeking solid inpatient medical experience, with the opportunity to work closely alongside registrars and consultants in a collaborative setting.

About the Role

As a ward-based SRMO, you will:

• Manage a variety of medicine and surgical inpatients
• Work in a structured, team-based environment with registrar and consultant support
• Participate in ward rounds, discharge planning, and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Contribute to junior staff supervision and medical student teaching
• Be involved in clinical audits and quality improvement projects

What We're Looking For

• AHPRA General Registration (or eligible via the Competent Authority Pathway)
• Minimum PGY3 level with recent hospital experience
• Strong organisational and clinical documentation skills
• A collaborative approach to multidisciplinary care
• UK-trained doctors are encouraged to apply
