About the Role:
As an ECT at Busy Bees at Williams Landing, you will:
Lead engaging and developmentally appropriate learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Build strong relationships with children, families, and your teaching team.
Contribute to a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
Collaborate on planning, observations, and documentation using our established educational platform.
Model and promote excellence in practice, reflective thinking, and continuous improvement.
About You:
Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
Hold a valid VIT (Victorian Institute of Teaching) registration.
Have full working rights in Australia (citizen, PR, or unrestricted visa).
Available to work full time, Monday to Friday.
Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and child-led learning principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Passionate about creating meaningful learning journeys for children.
