Office Manager/Experienced Trades Person

M&S Cabinet Doors are a local business who support & supply joineries and cabinet makers in the Bendigo & Central Victorian region. We have a vacancy for a friendly, enthusiastic, driven individual to lead our small tightknit team & run day to day operations of our office as an Office Manager. No previous office experience required. We will supply on the job training.

The successful candidate will be a motivated trades person who enjoys the trade but is looking for the opportunity to get off the tools, while still utilising their valuable technical knowledge.

This role is responsible for:

Processing orders & quotes.

Answering enquiries in person & phone.

Organising staff/logistics.

Liaising with suppliers & clients.

Assisting with Loading & unloading of trucks.

Occasional delivery of stock & monitoring stock levels.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Trade background (preferably Cabinet Maker/Joiner/Builder with a great understanding of cabinet making).

Competent computer skills.

Ability to work well with people from varying backgrounds.

Effective communication skills both verbal and written.

Current drivers licence.

MR truck & Forklift licence (preferred).

Remuneration commensurate to experience, within the range of $65k to $95k plus Super
