This individual must be comfortable working both alone, leading their clubs team and then part of our larger group.
The Club Manager will be trained by and reports direct to the Group State Manager.
It requires an individual experienced in Customer Service, Sales & Management of a small team.

We don't always look for someone from within the industry, ideally you will have been in a previous position that required high quality customer service qualities & skills.

Duties will include:
• Outbound calls to both existing members and prospective leads, supporting retention and membership growth.
• Manage a team of casual employees and contract personal trainers.
• Meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Seek out, generate new sales leads through various channels including social media
• Create a great club culture with a strong focus on member appreciation.
• Maintain the cleanliness standard of the club.
• Promote the Anytime Fitness brand and image within the local community.

Previous customer service experience in retail or similar sectors is desirable.
Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms is mandatory.
