Grady's Transport is a well-established Canberra-based transport company dedicated to delivering exceptional vehicle transport services to dealers across Australia. We are expanding our team in the Newcastle area and looking for a reliable and team-oriented individual to help us maintain our high standards of service.

Position: Car Carrier Driver

Overview of job:

Late Model Hino. both manual and auto.

Daly trips out of Newcastle area.

Early Starts 3am-6am

Some late finish days.

Must be reliable and team player.

5 Days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport Vehicles Safely: Ensure safe and efficient transport of vehicles across NSW.

Customer Service Excellence: Maintain strong communication with clients and deliver outstanding customer service.

Secure Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload vehicles to guarantee their protection during transit.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations and success in our mission.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.

Flexibility Required: Be prepared for early starts and work 12-14 hour days as necessary

Requirements:

Valid MR Driver's License: A minimum of a Medium Rigid (MR) driver's license is required.

Safety Commitment: A demonstrated strong driving record with a commitment to safety.

Experience Preferred: Previous car-carrying experience is preferred, though training will be provided for the right candidate.

Team Player: Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ready to contribute towards a team-focused environment.

Reliability is Essential: Strong work ethic and a dependable nature are critical for this role.

Communication Skills: Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
