With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering excellence, we’re looking for a skilled Contract Administrator to join our Richmond-based team on a short-term contract.

The Role
Seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support our project delivery team on a range of commercial fit out and build projects valued up to $5M. This is a 2-month contract role, starting immediately, with the potential for extension based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts
• Assist with procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations
• Track project costs, variations, and progress claims
• Liaise with site teams, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

About You

• Proven experience in contract administration within the commercial fit out and building sector
• Strong understanding of construction processes and contract law
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
