About You

• Hold unrestricted AHPRA Registration (Nursing)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in aged care
• Expertise in wound management & clinical documentation
• Passionate about creating meaningful connections with staff, residents, and families

Your Role
As our clinical expert, you'll lead with confidence, support our nursing team, and ensure exceptional care. Your expertise will drive quality improvements and uphold industry standards. You will:

• Lead and support our dedicated nursing team
• Ensure compliance with AN-ACC Funding & Aged Care Accreditation Standards
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Drive quality improvement initiatives
• Offer on-call availability
