Your Role
As a Registered Nurse – Night Duty, you will:
- Monitor and assess residents throughout the night to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Respond promptly to medical concerns and provide emergency care if required.
- Administer medications and treatments as per care plans.
- Maintain compliance with accreditation and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and support to overnight care staff, ensuring smooth operations.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all care activities and resident updates.
- Availability: 4-5 weekday shifts from Monday to Friday, 10.30pm - 06.00am
About You:
You’re a skilled and compassionate nursing professional who thrives in a night shift role. You bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Current first aid and CPR certificate.
- Clinical knowledge and experience in aged care or night duty nursing.
- The ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions overnight.
- A commitment to quality care, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Current National Police Certificate – or the ability to acquire.
