Our client is seeking a 5yr+ lawyer to join its growing planning & environment team. There is the opportunity to grow into partnership within 18-months.

The Role

This role sits within a leading planning and environment team. It will suit a 5yr+ P&E lawyer looking to work with government and private clients on matters involving:

• Undertaking prosecutions.
• Providing advice in relation to developments, contaminated land and heritage sites.
• Advising on the P&E aspects of major developments.
• Undertaking advocacy in the Land & Environment Court.
• Work on planning appeals and enforcement actions.

About you

You will be a 5yr+ Planning & Environment lawyer with experience working on either front- and/or back-end matters. As this role will look to move to partnership, the ideal candidate will have a desire to assist in leading a team.
