About the Role

As a key part of our operations team, you’ll be responsible for operating tractors fitted with laser buckets to achieve precision land leveling and site preparation.

Operate tractor and laser bucket equipment for earthmoving and re-leveling

Read and interpret plans, laser levels, and site specifications

Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance on machinery

Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members

Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and safely

About You

To be successful in securing this position, you will need:

Proven experience operating tractors and laser buckets (other equipment also advantageous) in the earthmoving or the agricultural sector

Current manual driver’s licence (HR licence desirable)

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to safety & quality

Experience with Trimble Field Level Software is preferred, however a willingness to learn is also welcomed

Strong motivation and work ethic

Good communication skills and a team player attitude

Ability to work independently and follow instructions
